What we collect

• Account: name, email, hashed identifiers.
• Operational: logs and runtime metrics to keep systems healthy.
• Trading connections: exchange API keys you provide. We recommend Testnet first.

How we use data

• Authenticate you and deliver the dashboard.
• Run the strategy and show status, logs, and recent trades.
• Detect abuse and keep the platform reliable.

API key security

• Keys are encrypted at rest (Fernet) and used only to place/cancel orders.
• Withdrawal permission is never required. Revoke keys at any time at the exchange.

Retention

• Account data: while your account is active. Delete on request.
• Logs/metrics: rolling windows for reliability and audits.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@quantly.pro. We’ll verify your identity before acting.

Subprocessors

We use reputable cloud providers and operational tooling. On request, we will share the current list.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the changelog.
